[GAMEPLAY] Swain heals while in zhonya's (Wooglet's Witchcap)

On Swain when you have Wooglet's Witchcap and use its active while you are in your ult you continue healing.

1. Buy Wooglet's Witchcap.
2. Pop your ult (while fighting).
3. Use the active of Wooglet's Witchcap when you are missing health.

I have only seen this on Twisted treeline (hexakill) and am not sure if Zhonya's on Summoners does the same thing.
