[GAMEPLAY] Kennen ult is invisible

I just played an ARAM game. The enemy team had a Blood Moon Kennen but for some reason whenever he ulted i couldnt see any of the ult's effects, he just kinda shouted and i would stand there seeing everyone get stunned but no ult.
