[GAMEPLAY] my camera was frozen solid!

This bug cost me not just the game, but maybe my League profile: my camera would not even BUDGE! i was playing as nasus, just starting the game, and the shop menu was taking an absurd time to load! and when i got my items, hit Y, and started to move, my camera was stuck on the base, not moving an inch. i tried pressing Y again, but it didn't make a difference. i move to the end of the screen, and it was stuck fast. the only way i found to move the camera was through the minimap! this might just have to do with nasus, because everyone else was not having the same problem and were going to report me! you had better test this, because this might be a bug that will DOOM nasus players!
