Tahm Kench Heal Bug

I've recently been playing some solo queue with in some of my games and i have noticed a bug with the Summoner spell and W ability. When uses his W on an ally champion such as the champion i was playing , when he spat me out of his W ability, the heal is automatically used without pressing the summoner spell key.
