GAMEPLAY Tahm Kench "ult up"

On the last three matches I've played on Twisted Treeline with a teammate who played as Tahm Kench, the Tahm Kench's green circle (attached to his player portrait) is always indicating he has his ultimate ready to use. I believe this only shows when the Tahm Kench is level 6 or higher, and only on Twisted Treeline. Annoying when the ult is actually on cooldown.

Replicate by:

1. Playing Twisted Treeline with a teammate who picks Tahm Kench.
2. At level 6, have the Tahm Kench use his ultimate and watch the green circle (which indicates when an ultimate ability is off cooldown).
3. The green circle will either not go away or come back WAY too fast.
