HEXTECH CRAFTING BUG

So I recently purchased a challenger nidalee skin from the hex tech crafting but here's the catch. Before I purchased that specific skin, I didn't own her. This week, nidalee was on sale for 395 RP and I purchased her using RP, then I headed over to hex tech and then purchased the challenger nidalee skin. An error appeared, but my mistake was not reading so I quickly x'd it out and headed over to my summoner page to check whatI had just bought. Nidalee showed up and then I looked through the skins but for some reason, the challenger nidalee skin didn't show up. My guess is something happened but the real question is, can I somehow get the missing challenger nidalee skin?
