Sett dissapeared from my champion pool

He is nowhere to be found. I search him up and nothing. I own all champions. He also isn't available at the store and i cannot ban him either. Acquired him with Sett's Calling Card.

Edit: He doesn't appear to be listed in any role that i click, but if i highlight him pre-bans i can see him there.
