Draft queue stuck on loading screen

So blind pick and everything else works fine but when I try to queue into a draft pick game is stays on this forever resulting in nothing and you can even click the "X" a bunch of times without any response. It eventually leaves out of the screen after it processing you pressing the "X" eventually. Again, blind pick works perfectly fine. Not sure what to do. I've run a repair. I've re-downloaded distributables. Lots of things and just can't pin the problem. I didn't get any pop ups or anything that my account was banned and I don't do anything to get banned anyway so that shouldn't be the problem. Please help! Was seriously playing draft at like 2 am the same day and just hasn't been working since the maintenance or whatever they started doing at 3.
