Need some help

This is the second or third time that my client has crashed during champ select where the client is still running and i can hear champ select but the client is black and i cant choose a champ. My only choices are to dodge by closing the client, hope someone else dodges or wait until i time out on my pick. I never used to have a problem with the client. Im sitting on a 30 min ban and am afraid to que for ranked in fear of getting a longer one. If someone could let me know what i need to do to file a proper bug report if it happens again thatd be helpful, thanks.
