Mouse clicks not registering

When into a game and I right click i can see the click activating in the game, but nothing happens. When i'm walking and I try to click to move another direction the game seems to ignore my right click. It happens a lot and gets me killed all the time since i lose control of my charter for about a second. I've checked my mouse and my ping but they are all fine. This problem doesn't occur for me in any other game only league. It's really aggravating to lose a game because you cant move. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.

I too, also have this issue. I have recently updated my desktop set up and found that my league does not register all my mouse clicks. This only happens once every couple of minutes but this has been enough to lose me some games due to this problem. I was wondering if this issue can be fixed?

it is being blamed on modifying the input.ini.. but the attack move left click has never worked properly for me yet which is why i modified the old input.ini in the first place.
