GAMEPLAY ARAM KEYBINDS NOT WORKING

Very random and does not matter which champion I use. I often times have to alt tab before it allows me to use the key. Sometimes it does not work at all and I have to go and delete the input.ini file over and over again. That doesn't even work half of the time. It is not a keyboard issue. My KBM work perfectly fine in other games.
