Mordekaiser and Jhin

When i played Mordekaiser vs Jhin and used ultimate to kill Jhin, the Jhin's ghost had all the time same bullet. Like he died when he had 4th bullet (which deals bonus damage), then the ghost always shot the same 4th bullet without reloading. Is the ghost supposed to reload his gun or shoot the one same bullet over and over?
