Anyone experience issue of selected skin not loading when match starts? defaults as classic

So far in the past couple month on over 12 occasions (mainly team builder) I select a champion, choose a purchased skin, then when match starts loading i only am wearing the classic skin.

Basically wandering if i'm an isolated case experiencing this or if anyone else is

this is a known issue for the time being until they roll out a fix if you select any other skin then re-select the skin you want to use it will be selected when the game starts
