[GAMEPLAY] Remove Scurvy Bug?

Recently, I have discovered that currently, 's W, Remove Scurvy, cannot be used while in stasis (ex. Tempered Fate, 's Ultimate). I suspect this is a bug, but am not entirely sure. Also, when it says "All disabling effects," wouldn't that also include knock ups, since they can be used to disable/cancel abilities?
