Game-breaking Leblanc bug

I already wrote about this in a bug report, but it's been a while so I'd like to make a public post.

Basically, when Leblanc is taken below 40% health while taunted or charmed, she is unable to control her clone even after the effect is done. This is very annoying, because when you're around 50% health, people are going to want to charm or taunt you more than ever. This bug has gotten me killed many times, as it's not ever that difficult to trick someone into following my clone if I'm able to control it.

I looked online and it seems the bug isn't discovered, or at least not well known. I hope it's fixed really soon because it makes me not wanna play against ahri, whereas i usually like the matchup.
