Cant leave the base (Bug)

In random games i seem to glitch and be incapable of leaving my base. Even if i try to tp out of base or flash out of base my champ just walks back to base. The only thing that makes this bug goes away 4 me is quitting league and then reconnecting. But this always makes me really behind and would like this fixed. Does anyone else have this problem.
