disconnected during tft ranked game and cannot connect

i was playing a tft ranked game and all of a sudden, the attempting to reconnect screen popped up. My internet was working fine, so I thought there was a server problem. I checked, and it said servers were online.

So I restarted my client and logged on. It Automatically tries to connect me to the game. After a minute of black screen, it gives me an error message stating "Unable to connect to the server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect your game."

When I press cancel, it takes me to the main load page with reconnect button in the center and buddy list on the side which shows that I'm still in game. This was 2 hours ago and the game should've ended.

I went to check/ disabled firewall, and initiated full repair, restarted my router, restarted my pc, reconnected ethernet cables and nothing works.

So after trying all the tips in the support section regarding connection issue, I logged onto my other account, and I was able to play a game without a problem. My other account just seems to be stuck in a game that does not exist.
