Ok, so i bought the Team Ice bundle pack and i do not have all of the skins that came with the pack, can you please see what is wrong with my account as to why that is. thank you

Try reloading your client and cross checking your skins with the bundle again. If you're still missing parts and it shows in your purchase history that you did buy the bundle, submit a Support Ticket.
