New Maokai/Tristana/Blitz BUG

Hello everyone, Just a few minutes ago i saw strange bug in my game (normal draftmode EUNE). In teamfight i(Maokai) zoned Tristana and Blitz and fight them 1v2 at their(blueteam) side redbuff area bush. What happend: probably when Blitz grabbed me Tristana used her ult on me at the same time and it knocked me out to their blue buff spawn area. Probably some combo of skills cause Tristana ult knock out range bug. Here some more facts that could have influence on that bug: i had no summoner teleport but i finaly landed near my teams ward, 99% i wasnt in my W skill form while traveled from one buff spot to another one, not sure if my landing spot was just angle/direction coincidence or depends on something.

P.S. it was quite funny but i think it should be investigated as a serious bug. Sorry for my potato english.
