[CRASH] Game Bugsplats and cannot reconnect until I restart my computer

Occasionally (this has happened to my more than 5 times now), when I am either in the loading screen or the game is launching, I will bugsplat and be returned to the client showing the "RECONNECT" button. When I click reconnect, it shows an error something along the lines of "could not connect, please check your internet connection before trying again" even though literally everything else running on my PC that is connected to the internet is still running perfectly fine.

I have tried closing the client and launching again, and I have tried launching as admin. Ive tried various other methods that I cant remember right now and the only method that has worked has been restarting my computer. However whenever this happens, when I open the game again, my client removes my stored username and resets back to NA, and requires me to accept the terms of service again. This time however, it also forced me to update my client, as you can see in the linked image. On one occasion, it even reset my in-game settings (keybinds, quickcast, sounds etc). It doesnt just happen because of a failed game launch or because it really does require an update either, since I have been able to play games before the crash each time its happened.

Let me know if you need any PC specs or anything like that, but I'm running Win10
