[Gameplay] Revitalize Rune

So ive been testing/messing around with Riven and Thresh since those are my mains and im not quite sure the Revitalize Rune is working correctly. I tested Thresh's w at level 1, with set amount of souls, level 18 and still no difference in shield when i casted it on teammate with or without Revitalize. I did the same for Riven since it should work the same for she cast a shield on herself, anyways that didnt work i tried with level 1, set ad build, and level 18 yet still no difference. Im sure i couldve made a mistake but just wanted to let you guys know in case it is a mistake thanks for your time have a nice day or night!
