Getting "exchange.storeprocessor.error" when attempting to gift a skin?

Hey, I had bought some RP on my smurf and hit level 10, then tried to gift my main account with the rest of it and it just game me this error, " exchange.storeprocessor.error". Is there anyway to fix this? Or is this part of the gifting bug I had heard of?
