Game freezes after 10 minutes

Hello, I have a frustrating problem, my game crashes every single time I play. It works fine for 5-15 minutes but them freezes and I can not do anything. I already reinstalled drivers, tried to repair game, nothing works. Anyone here with soulution ? Thanks
