i bought aphelios and didn't get it. i shows him in my purchase history but won't let me play him. can i atleast get my b.e. back or a refound toker or something?

You log out/log back in? Happens a lot with emotes/skins/icons I get. Shows I bought/unlocked them, can't see them in the list. Have to exit the client then come back and they are there.
