Pre/Post-game usernames are glitched

There are no problems during the game itself so it isn't a really urgent glitch. However, when I enter pre/post-game lobby the usernames on the scoreboard and role selection screen are perfectly fine but the usernames in chat for both of these screen display a string of characters which I guess corresponds to how the game identifies these users. In other words, this is purely a visual glitch that affects chat usernames in pre/post-game lobby. I have had this glitch since creating this new account for NA as I just moved here. I have tried an initial full-repair and re-installing the game files but these don't seem to fix the issue. This mainly poses a problem if my teammates request to switch roles in pre-game chat. This seems like a pretty benign problem and I've heard of other people having it, I just can't seem to find a solution for it.
