[Gameplay] Katarina cast bug

I played a few Katarina rank games and it is bugged. It suddenly can't able to cast q/r and zhonyas which is in my first slot. However, w and e and ignite works. The first time I was able to fix it by closing client and reconnect a few times. The second time this method does not work, I have to move my q,w,e,r to another spot, like q to w, w to e etc. This is very unfair to me and my team causing I lost so many time and LP because of this. I hope you guys can fix it and have some compensation.
