Champ Select Bug

So we were in champ select when someone dodged, and it looked like another queue popped, but instead of the standard "Accept Decline" it gave me some weird new options "Continue What I was doing, and Continue Playing" or something along those lines, I clicked continue and i heard the champ select noise but my League Client was black and nothing was happening. After a while it closed out and when i logged back in i lost 13 LP for "dodging" I know champ select is a little off atm, but that's seriously BS. :/
