game crash and invisi hud

so after i got into a game i tabbed out and when i came back in i didnt have a hud like the hp and mana display above the characters head and my score board was all fucked up ... and after that i go gank top get a kill and there my game crashes , it was such a hard crash that i couldnt even quit or alt tab out of the game...
