Skin's are not memorized when selected in the new Champion Select

When selecting a new skin in the new Champion Select, if you try to use a newly bought skin it will not be memorized. Please note that this issue only occurs for skins bought after the new Champion Select came out. Skins bought and selected before the new Champion Select remain unaffected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Buy a skin.
2. Go into the new Champion Select
3. Select the Champion for which you bought the skin
4. Select the skin
5. Go into another game and repeat steps 2 and 3.
6. Notice that the skin was not memorized
