An annoying bug regarding Lee Sin's Dragon Rage

Dear Riot Support: There is a bug in the game where Lee Sin's kick will collide with a target however the target doesn't take any damage or get knocked up. This happens constantly, and the link I've shared is just one of the many examples where this bug occurs. There are many situations where it costs the Lee Sin safety, a kill or even a teamfight which can decide the fate of a game. It's incredibly annoying, especially when it is very impactful. It's been around since at least 2015, and I'm pretty sure since Lee Sin was released. I really want to see this get fixed.
