Mundo's cleaver invisible in gameplay!

Mundo's cleavers are invisible during gameplay making them impossible to see to dodge them. I checked on many games and many teammates and even enemies during these games and they all said the cleavers could not be seen when his q is cast. Please help!

Its not an always occur glitch and I dont think anyone knows how to reproduce it. They are aware of this glitch. Its sort of the same with Nid's spear invisibility. Although I have a feeling it has something to do with throwing cleavers/spears in bushes.
