Zilean Q Animation Error

I've been seeing this bugged animation on the classic Zilean skin for a while, like the past couple patches.

Normally, Zilean's Q Time Bomb shows a clock face with Roman Numerals indicating the blast range. As it gets closer to detonation, the clock face gradually lights up in a clockwise direction.

Now, the Time Bomb's clock face animation simply rotates as the bomb ticks down to detonation. Though the animation is quite transparent, it clips through the ground since it's rotating and clipping through the ground.

I understand that this is a pretty minor bug and that Zilean is a pretty unpopular champion in the current meta, but I would greatly appreciate it if this was fixed.
