Changing language on cleint
Hello i play on the latin servers and i use to be able to change the language to english from the locale.cfg file now it wont work anyone know a solution or fix so that i can play in english again

I am having same issue. I am Korean player that plays from USA and use NA client and now suddenly my client will only use English language. I am much more comfortable using Korean language, could you please give some answer to fix this problem for putting KR language back on my NA client?
Came here to say this. The launcher is changing the language back to spanish immediately.
Since playing on LAN is the workaround to Riot not being able to afford east coast servers [laugh track] it will be viewed as extremely poor form if this is not addressed quickly. ~Uiru
Actually, someone else found a solution:

regions.txt
You can now either change the local outright, or pipe | together locales and have an option in the drop-down box. For instance, if you change la1 to es_MX|en_US the launcher now allows you to choose either English or Spanish for that region.
