rammus and elder drake

i just bought tried him out in a custom, finnally full build ( , , , , , and elixer of iron consumed). at the 39 minute mark i wanted to see if i could fight elder drake, and everytime i dealt like 300 damage to it and then i regenated back that 300 healt :(

If you leave the area, the mob will reset (this happens to all jungle camps) and rapidly regen back to 100%

Unfortunately, Rammus doesn't do a lot of damage. Elder has a ton of HP - he's designed to be fought with the whole team. He also does tons of damage.
