You have to look this over Riot!

So i recently bought an msi capsule. I opened it and got 3 skin shards. When i came to reroll the skin shards, i chose three shards, pressed reroll and then a message popped out and said an error please restart client. when i restarted the client i couldnt find either the three skin shard i rolled or even the permanent skin i shouldve got, i dont even know what i got from the reroll i have nothing now?
