Dump file 183 corrupted, Client crashes every match multiple times ever since 4.20 patch

Ever since the new 4.20 patch was released my game has started having frame rate issues, and random crashes. I played the new summoner's rift during 4.19 and had 60 fps constantly and not a single crash (in team-builder) but now it's gotten to the point that I want to give up on this game because every single match I have to come from behind or lose my lead due to a silly crash. Anyone know how to resolve this, I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game and clearing my recent log files. Tried updating my driver as well. Be great if there were a resolution to this.
