[Gameplay] Veigar [R] Disappearing Versus Lux?

Added the link. This happened several times throughout the entire game, it seemed to happen most frequently when Lux was using her W and I was using my ultimate. I wasn't sure if this was an issue with either champion, or their skins (Bad Santa Veigar or Star Guardian Lux).
