(GAMEPLAY) Heimerdinger causing framerate issues
Heimerdinger's presence in a game causes players to drop frames. When he is in the fog of war there is no problem, but if he is in vision players lag.
To recreate, just pick Heimerdinger.

Fun fact, toasters don't make good computers!
Didn't notice this issue, but when I play new Heimerdinger I frequently notice lag when I am running around my turret triangles. I suspect it is due to the new Hextech Affinity passive. There are no significant lag when I am near only 1 turret or less and other suituations. This sometimes resulted in my death due to not be able to react to enemy all-ins.
