Cat Vs. Dog Emote bug

I did the 2nd or 3rd mission for the Cat vs. Dog even and was awarded the emote crafting component, However when i opened it it flashed i got the "On No!" emote depicting helmet bro with Xs for eyes and it never went in to my inventory. I tried searching for in my emotes but even under the unowned section it is not listed. If any one has any ideas of how to fix this please let me know.
