every time i successfully patch which is daily fucking occurrence for patch 7.17 even after a full reinstall. I'm getting pissed. fix your shit rito.

first of all its not riots fault because most people do not experience it, rather then blame riot, go create a ticket with them and use the hextech repair tool to create logs and send it also with the ticket.
i have this bug also it started when i swapped to my aram account which i haven't played for 4 years. Now i get the same thing as OP every fucking game. Switched back to this account and no problems. So its definitely on their end and their fault.
