Lost Rp when I sent gift for my friend

I had 7200 rp in my account and then I bought a skin for my friend 2 days ago but then he didnt get it also my rp just randomly gone. it said " we ran into an eroor trying to send your gift. sorry"

You should probably submit a ticket instead, more likely to get this fixed. Wish i had that much rp for my shop though lol

Don't even have to submit a ticket. Just do a live chat with support and they'll refund you on the spot, happened to me 2 times.

it happend to me yesterday.. 2750 rp gone and they still didnt reply to my ticket ;T
