Client Crash in ranked.

Don't know why this happened. I know everything was good on my end. I double check every time before I play ranked. Unfortunately my team and I were in a provisional game. If I believe correctly placements are based on win loses ratio. So this effects the team placement heavily.
Because of loss we will be unfairly ranked lower than what we should be because league crashed. so what I want is loss forgiveness for my rank team for that one game at about 8:50. Also if you can't tell I'm new to this.
