[GAMEPLAY] Quinn Q Bug Against On-hit Effects

My friend, a Renekton player, noticed that when his vision range was reduced by Quinn's Q, his empowered W auto attack would prompt a "Missed" next to Quinn, who received no damage or stun from his attack. We tested this in a custom game, where we confirmed this. Using his W auto attack would cause no damage to me as Quinn and wouldn't stun me either, while his regular auto attacks did normal damage. We tested with Jax and Garen's empowered auto attacks as well, revealing some interesting things. While Garen's auto attack silenced and applied full damage, Jax's W auto attack applied no bonus magic damage, but only the physical damage from a regular auto attack. Not sure what kind of interactions this bug has with other champions, but I imagine there are some. Also, I did do a quick search around to see if this was a known bug, and didn't find anything, so sorry if this is a duplicate or whatever.

2. Renekton/Jax Activates W

3. Renekton/Jax Auto Attacks Quinn

We tried several times and were able to reproduce the bug with each attempt.
