You Are Ineligible To Earn Loot Because of Previous Behaivoral Restrictions

So I got chat restricted a few days ago because apparently taunting and making comments like "slice and dice" when you get a penta kill on is unsportsmanlike. Well the chat restriction has been gone for days, but I'm still unable to get key fragments and chest for S rank... I looked on reddit and I am not the only one experiencing this issues. No longer under behavioral restriction, but still can't earn prizes.... that's the bug...
