[Gameplay] Vi q stops working and leona's e goes through people

Basically I was mid fight with Vi and q was not working. It may have been associated with udyr's stun or voli's throw. but after the skirmish I had to relog to get it to work and we lost that particular fight because I couldn't initiate with it. The other concern is leona's e just not registering and going through the middle of other champs. I've noticed that it occurs in the middle of the sword animation rather that on the tip. Specifically between the pommel and the tip.
