Trying to play league of legends for the whole day with no avail

Every time i start a match i go into champion select and after i choose my champion and then nothing happens. Ive tried every guide on the internet and also tried the hextech tool but nothing is working. Ive also reinstalled the game 3-4 times just this day. Please help me with fixing this problem. I havent had this problem before the 9.15 patch
