Pixelated menu

I have started league and the main menu is pixelated. As in the menu looks like it's trying to become it's own checker board with its own pixels. I can not read anything and It is hard to make out the champion pictures. Is anyone else having or have had this problem? This doesn't effect the loading screen or in-game graphics. I am reinstalling league to see if that fixes it, but if not, does someone have any suggestions?
