[GAMEPLAY] 2 Azir bugs: 1 with Luden's Echo, another on inhibs

1.] ((EDIT: Removed.)) 2.] On Summoner's Rift, if Azir summons a soldier (W) while auto-attacking an inhibitor where the soldier would be in range to attack the inhibitor (even though they can't attack it) he will stop auto-attacking the inhibitor for a few seconds, forcing multiple re-clicks on the inhibitor to continue attacking it.

Also easily reproduced: Take Azir to the Summoner's Rift map (hopefully not on a date, that beak will hurt) and progress in the game to the point where you can attack an inhibitor and not die. Begin auto-attacking the inhibitor, summon a soldier (W) near the inhibitor, and Azir will not continue to auto-attack after the soldier is placed like he normally would.

Both of these bugs were found and re-tested in the Custom Games game mode on Summoner's Rift. I'm not sure if that affects anything. This is also the first bug I've reported so if I did something wrong or was unclear please let me know and I'll fix it for everyone's sake.

I may post a video later on featuring the bugs if I can get my recording software to work properly, to serve as a TL;DR.

Luden's Echo only procs off of spells. The soldier is a type of spell, so it's AA can proc it, so I think the 1st is as intended.
