Azir Fountian pasive bug

Azir can place his passive tower on the fountain turret, Azir's tower health will not decay because of the fountains health regeneration.

To recreate this bug:

As Azir you must wait for your passive to be up.

Activate it on the fountain turret.

The fountain will heal the turret stopping the turrets health decay.

This happened in Nemesis draft but I don't think it matters which game mode your playing.
