Opposite Direction Skillshot!
I cannot provide a video but sometimes, randomly, a skillshot will go the complete opposite direction.

The most likely problem is your using the skills and you quickly move your mouse in the other direction. Very short window to make it change directions, but it happens.
I've seen a moment where our Jinx shot her skillshot and the visuals went left to her yet it still shot straight.
This could be because you are pointing at the minimap and/or a player portrait.
